iPod law Bounced; No "Enforced Interoperability" Yet

Despite a flurry of blog activity in support of a proposed French law permitting reverse engineering of the iPod/iTune proprietary platform and the reduction of file sharing fines to the level of a parking ticket, the French Constitutional Council rejected the so-called IPod law as unconstitutional.
